Air2O is moving into its new 185,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Phoenix in June 2025 and will be operational in the fall. Exterior space significantly increases the facility’s square footage, offering the increased operation plans and flexibility to seamlessly accommodate ramp-up for customers in dynamic industries.
Thus, the facility, more than quintuples the rapidly growing company’s U.S. footprint, is dedicated to the production of equipment for data centers, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, lithium-ion battery manufacturing facilities and other environments requiring energy efficient, sustainable, and technologically advanced HVACD solutions.
The facility features:
▪ A significantly expanded manufacturing footprint with additional space dedicated to assembly, welding, tailored electrical control panels, Paint Booth, R&D and Testing.
▪ More warehousing space for raw materials, parts and components that will enhance supply chain resiliency and inventory management capabilities
▪ Increased office and conference room space, a new showroom and additional employee amenities

Air2O has grown from a few employees to over 100 based in North Phoenix. The international team we have formed, are from 15 countries and speaks minimally 6 languages; English, Spanish, Mandarin, German, French, and Arabic. the profound significance of teamwork, innovation, and leadership in our journey towards excellence.
