Air2O’s product line can be utilized for all outdoor cooling applications irrespective of a humid or dry climatic condition. While outdoor cooling is an extremely challenging segment, the necessity for this application is constantly evolving in the middle eastern market which has its own challenges due to the high energy demand at peak summer conditions.

Outdoor cooling demands of 100% fresh air with no scope of air re-circulation from the space, so this process requires constant sensible and latent heat removal of the ambient fresh air to cool the air to design supply air temperatures.

The utilization of multi-stage evaporative cooling in combination with traditional mechanical cooling techniques provide ample benefits. For instance, when we using one of our Hybrid IDEC units, the power consumption of the built-in compressor will be 1 Kw/ton since we will already be operating with a 50% lower compressor size due to the integration of Indirect Evaporative Cooling as 1st stage.

All Air2O units such as Hybrid, Semi-Hybrid and Standard models work efficiently, by reducing up to 60% of the total mechanical cooling demand when compared to any regular fresh air-cooling units. Hence, the performance of Air2O units in outdoor cooling applications allow designers to be comfortable to meet the requirements of power consumption in such scenarios
