Mr. Crouzat graduated with an MBA from a French business school and has over 40 years of senior finance executive experience, principally in the oil, building materials and renewable industries.  He has been employed by EREN Groupe, the family office of renown entrepreneurs Pâris Mouratoglou and David Corchia, notably as Chief Financial Officer of Energies Nouvelles, a leading company in the wind and solar renewable industry until its takeover. Since, Mr. Crouzat is EREN Groupe’s Chief Financial Officer. During his career, Mr. Crouzat has also been Chief Financial Officer of an insurance company, partner in a private company acting in the M&A sector, and spent more than twelve years in the Saint Gobain Group, acting, among other responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer for the Nordic and Baltic countries, and Senior Vice-President corporate planning and finance  for one of Saint Gobain’s largest branches.  He has also been Chief Executive Officer of two companies, one of them in the real estate sector.  Mr. Crouzat has been a board member of many companies, from the smallest up to groups with tens of thousands of employees.
