We proudly serve the communities in which we live through volunteer service, technical education and opportunities that empower people to build a strong future for themselves, their families and the causes they care deeply about.
In partnership with Phoenix’s Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC), Air2O engineers, technicians and business leaders share their expertise and experience with technically-minded students in career-focused programs that prepare them for a future in industries where their skills, knowledge and professionalism can thrive.
We hope to inspire tomorrow’s professionals to think critically about the world and apply their talents to solving big issues in a practical way. In the Middle East, we support a graduate-to-professional engineering pipeline that empowers the next generation of industrial designers to apply innovation thinking to the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.
Through Air2O Cares, we support the nonprofit organizations that matter most to our employees, with a focus on charitable efforts assisting underprivileged, homeless or abused women, children, veterans and animals. Organizations are chosen on a rotating basis by the employee-led Air2O Charitable Committee.
Our first fundraiser, was for the Hope Women’s Center. We had an ice cream social to collect donations for things that they need for women and kids. We also gave a monetary donation to help out as well.

Air2O is committed to advancing in-state manufacturing and talent development. As a member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, we maintain a strong presence in strategic discussion, roundtables and events. Our role on the Arizona Commerce Authority’s manufacturing extension partnership gives us valuable insight into related disciplines such as OSHA requirements and quality methodologies, and it facilitates skill-building partnerships with the Arizona Department of Education. The Arizona Technology Council fosters collaboration and innovation among tech-driven companies.
